The Vibratory Shakeout Machine shakes by its shaking engine to separate foundry from sand on the grate of the machine.

振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)(Vibrating Conveyer)
振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)適用于塊、粒狀物料輸送，在鑄造車間輸送型砂、新砂、熱舊砂、石灰石、碎石和焦碳等散狀物料，并可根據(jù)用戶要求將槽體制成全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)以達(dá)到密封除塵。
Vibrating conveyor is suitable for conveying of piece and sand things. In foundry factory it can convey molding sand、new sand、hot sand、limestone、crumbling stone, coke and some crumbling materials. Meanwhile it can be made into fully airtight structure to get airtight dust-catcher。

Ø 該機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、壽命長(zhǎng)、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方便、噪聲小、使用可靠、振幅可調(diào)、能耗低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

該機(jī)用兩個(gè)電機(jī)振動(dòng)器，同步反向旋轉(zhuǎn)作動(dòng)力源，調(diào)整可用偏心塊，可改變激振力的大小，以適應(yīng)不同的生產(chǎn)率的需要。
Ø It contains two vibrating machines, whirling spontaneous oppositely as shaking source, and adjusting available eccentric chunk to change vibrating force, to adapt requirements of productive capacity.
Ø 該機(jī)器的外形尺寸可根據(jù)用戶需要進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，安裝方式也根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行配制。
